Meet The Artist

I am a photographer located in West Plains, Missouri. I have had a love for art my entire life, and I believe it to be found in nearly everything we do. Art provides expression, emotion, entertainment, truths, and records moments in time that we might otherwise forget. Photography, for me, started as a hobby, but it quickly became a passion that I wanted to learn more about. I went back to college and obtained my bachelor's in photography, which has only increased my love for all of the arts.

Artist Statement

I believe every individual has a story to tell, and though every story is not inherently visible to me, I, as a photographer, value the obligation to capture the beauty of this individuality when portraying my subjects. Individuality is our truth, and I believe truth to be the beauty we find in images. With rendering truth as a primary focus in my art, I construct compositions to reflect or enhance the beauty of what is seen within your story. I work to create art that speaks volumes about who you are. Photographs have the uncanny ability to reveal some truth about your story and expose the beauty of the everyday.
